Summary

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer to support the modernization of a legacy PowerBuilder application into a scalable, web-based solution using ASP.NET MVC. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze existing systems, extract business logic, and rebuild functionality using modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Convert existing PowerBuilder modules into ASP.NET MVC-based web applications
Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand requirements and define system design
Extract and translate business logic from legacy Oracle packages and stored procedures
Develop and maintain complex VB.NET components
Write and optimize Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures, packages, and triggers
Perform unit testing, debugging, and code optimization
Work closely with Technical Leads, Architects, and Project Managers throughout the development lifecycle
