Job Description

The candidate will work cross-functionally with business operations and business analysts to create and optimize workflow processes. The candidate should also lead initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automation projects, testing, and fixing bugs. The candidate should have hands-on experience in RPA technology platforms (UiPath).

Skills & Experience

Core Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath
Create technical specification documents (SDD) aligned with business requirements
Develop and consume RESTful APIs within the UiPath ecosystem
Leverage Orchestrator APIs and manage API publishing via API Management (APIM) tools
Work with credential management tools such as Azure Key Vault (AKV) and CyberArk
Configure Datadog for logging, monitoring, and alerting
Collaborate using Agile/Scrum methodologies
Integrate UiPath solutions with ERP, CRM, and database systems
Troubleshoot automation issues and provide production support
Stay updated on UiPath AI/ML and cognitive capabilities
Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills

Proven experience with UiPath and other RPA tools
Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, C/C++, VBScript, Java, JavaScript, .NET
Strong workflow-based logic and automation best practices
Hands-on experience with databases (MSSQL, Oracle)
Experience in Agile development environments
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to integrate UiPath with external systems of record

Desired Skills

Experience with AI/ML capabilities within UiPath
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Ability to handle ambiguous and complex technical scenarios
Experience migrating UiPath from on‑prem to UiPath Cloud
Experience with Agentic Automation
