14+ years of overall HRIS / enterprise application experience
8 10+ years of deep, hands-on Workday configuration and administration experience across HCM and Financials
Proven experience supporting Workday in post-go-live / production environments (AMS or managed services)
Strong background in enterprise-scale Workday environments with active integrations, reporting, and business process complexity
Experience must be from real-world implementations and production support not limited to training or certification-based exposure
Deep expertise in Workday HCM including Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, and Absence
Strong experience with Workday Financials including Accounting, AP/AR, Procurement, and/or Financial Reporting
Proven track record configuring Business Process Framework (conditions, routing, notifications, validations)
Expert-level Workday Report Writer skills including calculated fields, BIRT, and composite reports
Hands-on EIB integration development and troubleshooting experience
Experience working as an AMS, managed services, or support contractor in post-go-live environments. Experience acting as a senior escalation point for complex Workday issues beyond standard administrator capability
Ability to work independently as an escalation resource alongside an internal administrator
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
Workday Pro certification in one or more functional areas (HCM, Financials, Integrations)
Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation module
Experience with Workday Procurement module
Familiarity with SnapLogic or other iPaaS integration platforms
Prior exposure to financial or similarly regulated industry Workday environments
Experience supporting Workday quarterly release cycles end-to-end
