Project Overview

Our client is undertaking a large-scale workforce management transformation, migrating from a legacy Kronos Workforce Central platform that has been in place since 2010 to the modern UKG Kronos platform. The current system will be fully sunset in March 2027, with the new solution becoming the enterprise standard across the organization.

The implementation is being led by Deloitte, who are responsible for the majority of the build and system integration activities. The QA team will operate independently to ensure unbiased validation, testing, and quality assurance throughout the program lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright
• Validate integrations between UKG and various enterprise systems
• Perform end-to-end testing of workforce scheduling and time management functionality
• Test integrations involving:
  • UKG Workforce Management
  • Technician scheduling and device connectivity
  • Salesforce (potential integration points)
  • Workday REST APIs
  • Scheduling feeds and workforce planning systems
• Work within Deloitte's ALM and Jira environments to manage testing activities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and implementation partners
• Support UAT, system integration testing, regression testing, and release validation

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with QA Automation Testing
• Hands-on expertise with Playwright
• Experience testing API integrations, preferably REST APIs
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
• Experience working within Jira-based project environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple project teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with UKG/Kronos Workforce Management
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise application migrations
• Familiarity with workforce scheduling, timekeeping, or HR technology platforms
• Experience testing Salesforce integrations
• Experience validating Workday integrations and APIs
