Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Python Backend Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications. 
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python programming, RESTful API development, microservices architecture, database management, and 
cloud-based application development.
The candidate will collaborate with frontend developers, architects, DevOps engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and 
efficient software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python.
Build and manage RESTful APIs and backend services using frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
Develop scalable and maintainable microservices-based applications.
Integrate backend services with databases, third-party APIs, and external systems.
Write optimized SQL queries and manage relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
Implement authentication, authorization, data validation, and application security best practices.
Develop asynchronous applications and improve application performance and scalability.
Write unit tests, integration tests, and maintain code quality standards.
Troubleshoot production issues, debug applications, and perform root-cause analysis.
Use Git for version control and collaborate through code reviews.
Work with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms to support application deployment.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
Prepare technical documentation and follow established software development standards.

Required Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Python programming, including object-oriented programming, data structures, and exception handling.
Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
Experience developing REST APIs and integrating third-party services.
Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as PyTest or unittest.
Familiarity with authentication protocols such as OAuth 2.0 and JWT.
Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools.
Understanding of application security, performance optimization, and debugging.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Knowledge of Redis, Celery, Kafka, or other messaging and asynchronous processing technologies.
Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB.
Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
Exposure to infrastructure as code and automated deployment processes.
