Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior M&A Program Manager with a strong background in managing merger and acquisition (M&A) programs, including pre-merger planning, due diligence coordination, and post-merger integration activities.
The ideal candidate will have successfully managed at least two M&A engagements and possess a broad understanding of end-to-end M&A operations. This individual will work closely with multiple functional teams and workstream leads to coordinate activities, establish priorities, identify potential risks, resolve roadblocks, and ensure successful execution of overall M&A objectives.
Experience in the Telecom/ISP industry is highly preferred. Exposure to technology integration, particularly within network or operations environments, will be an added advantage.
