Summary

Requirements
  • 4 or more years of experience in AI/ML engineering and building production-grade autonomous agents.
  • Proficiency in LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGPT frameworks.
  • Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures and vector database systems.
  • Experience in Python programming and AI libraries including Hugging Face and Azure AI.
  • Experience with the Model Context Protocol for secure local and remote data access.
  • Experience in context engineering and Large Language Model lifecycle management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities
  • Design agentic solutions and autonomous workflows to enhance organizational productivity.
  • Proficiency in developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems and intelligent decision tools.
  • Experience with optimizing token consumption, model performance, and operational costs.
  • Experience in implementing AI safety controls, guardrails, and content filtering.
  • Experience with integrating Large Language Models into scalable enterprise architectures.
  • Experience in ensuring data privacy and secure handling of PII and PHI.
  • Research and evaluate emerging AI programs to drive process automation.
