Job Responsibilites:
Supports the Project Manager in daily management of desktop support operations and acts as the primary lead for the ServiceNow ticket queue.
- Responsible for scheduling, workload distribution, and tracking SLA response and resolution times.
The Deputy Project Manager shall provide operational oversight of Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians and serve as acting Project Manager during absences.
The Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of IT support staff, manages the service request queue (ServiceNow), and ensures that technical infrastructure (computers, printers, scanners, EHR systems) in clinical and administrative settings is functioning optimally.
- The Manager is responsible for meeting SLA targets, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and facilitating team workflows.
Minimum Skills/Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management and desktop support Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), ServiceNow, data analysis, strong written/verbal communication, and experience with HRSA Electronic Handbooks (EHBs).
- PMP or other PMI certification preferred
- Have a Bachelor''s Degree
