What You'll Do- Take ownership of designing and implementing ISP failover and redundancy strategies across a data center environment
- Assess current network topology and identify gaps in resiliency and performance
- Architect and deploy BGP and EGBP routing solutions to ensure continuous uptime
- Configure and optimize Cisco HSRP for high availability
- Rework IP addressing schemes to support improved failover and scalability
- Ensure uptime and performance of virtual switching environments
- Document all changes and provide knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders
What You Bring- Deep expertise in BGP and EGBP routing protocols
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco HSRP and high-availability network design
- Proven track record designing and implementing ISP failover solutions in data center environments
- Ability to independently assess, design, and execute complex network improvements
Nice to Have- Experience in MSP or multi-tenant environments
- Exposure to SD-WAN or modern WAN architectures
- Network certifications such as CCNP or CCIE
