Key Responsibilities

Act as SME for Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) functional modules
Gather and document business requirements and map to P21
Configure and optimize P21 modules
Conduct workshops, UAT, and end-user training
Support go-live and post-implementation activities
Work with technical teams on integrations and data migration

Required Skills

Strong distribution industry knowledge (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay)
Hands-on P21 functional configuration experience
ERP process optimization experience
Excellent communication & stakeholder management
Basic SQL for reporting/troubleshooting
