Description
We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Call Center Support team member to join our team in Reston, Virginia. In this Contract role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical assistance and customer service through inbound and outbound calls. Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to inbound and outbound customer calls, providing accurate technical support and solutions.
Utilize service desk ticketing systems to document issues and track resolutions effectively.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering clear and thorough communication.
Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues when necessary.
Ensure all customer inquiries are handled within established service level agreements (SLAs).
Provide guidance and education to users on best practices and system usage.
Monitor and prioritize incoming requests to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on emerging technologies and support processes.
Requirements
Previous experience in a help desk or call center support role.
Familiarity with service desk ticketing systems and processes.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment.
Basic knowledge of troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism.
