Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise solutions within a Customer Success Management (CSM) ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Gainsight NXT, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Dynamics, Databricks, SnapLogic, Python, and SQL. This role focuses on developing scalable integrations, data pipelines, CRM solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities that improve customer success operations.
The engineer will collaborate with architects, business analysts, product owners, and cross-functional development teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions within Gainsight NXT and enterprise CRM platforms.
- Configure and customize customer success workflows, rules, dashboards, scorecards, and data models.
- Develop integrations between Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, Databricks, SnapLogic, and middleware platforms.
- Build robust data pipelines supporting customer health scoring, lifecycle management, reporting, and predictive analytics.
- Develop backend services using Python, Java, or C#.
- Design and consume REST APIs and microservices.
- Develop data-driven dashboards and UI components using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Prototype and implement AI-powered capabilities such as sentiment analysis, escalation prediction, and intelligent recommendations.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Ensure enterprise standards for security, testing, monitoring, and governance.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
- Create technical documentation, low-level design documents, and implementation plans.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Collaborate with Agile Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software releases.

Required Qualifications

- Experience building enterprise integrations using middleware platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Databricks.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience developing scalable backend services.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
- Experience working in Agile software development environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Customer Success Management platforms.
- Experience with SnapLogic or similar integration platforms.
- Knowledge of Apache Spark.
