Job Description

Role Description

  • Provide L1/L2/L3 support for IBMS (Operative BMS) in a helpdesk environment
  • Troubleshoot issues in scheduling, ad sales, traffic, and billing modules
  • Handle incidents, service requests, and user queries via ticketing tools
  • Perform SQL-based database troubleshooting, data validation, and fixes
  • Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies and system integration issues
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure SLA adherence
  • Support user access, configurations, and minor enhancements
  • Work closely with sales, traffic, finance, and technical teams

Essential Skills

  • Strong experience in Operative IBMS BMS system
  • Knowledge of broadcast/media workflows (scheduling, ad sales, traffic, billing)
  • Hands-on SQL & database troubleshooting (mandatory)
  • Experience in helpdesk / EUC support environment
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Understanding of infrastructure / EUC environment (VDI, VPN, etc.)
  • Knowledge of integrations and reporting tools
