Quality Analyst Senior

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Quality Analyst Senior in Irving, TX.

Key Tasks:
* Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and regression testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of data, software, and system solutions
* Validate data processing workflows, integrations, and business processes for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
* Design and implement automated testing, quality validation procedures, and monitoring controls to identify and prevent issues
* Document, track, and manage defects through resolution while ensuring appropriate test coverage and traceability
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to validate new features, enhancements, and system changes
* Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities
* Support compliance, security, and governance requirements through appropriate testing and validation practices
* Prepare quality metrics, test status reports, risk assessments, and recommendations for project teams and leadership

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality engineering, software testing, or a related field required
* Experience testing applications, system integrations, data workflows, or enterprise technology solutions preferred
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
* Experience with test automation tools, testing frameworks, and quality management methodologies
* Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and release management processes
* Understanding of quality assurance best practices, testing methodologies, and risk management principles
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
* Experience using defect tracking and test management tools preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
