Summary
We are hiring an experienced User Research & Experience Architect to support a high-impact enterprise application initiative. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in User Research, UX Strategy, Human-Centered Design (HCD), Process Improvement, and Enterprise Applications.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of User Research, UX, Process Improvement, or related experience
- Strong qualitative & quantitative research skills
- Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and workflow analysis
- Expertise in personas, journey mapping, usability reports, and information architecture
- Human-Centered Design (HCD) methodology experience
- Enterprise application and business workflow experience
- Experience translating research insights into UX and business improvements
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Jira, and user research tools
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
Preferred:
- Enterprise digital transformation experience
