Operations Superintendent

In this role, you ll be responsible for leading on-shift operations during commissioning, startup, and initial operations, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance. The position requires hands-on experience operating LNG facilities using APCI C3MR liquefaction technology, along with proven leadership overseeing liquefaction, utilities, storage, and loading systems. You ll serve as the on-site operational decision-maker, coordinate closely with construction, CSU, maintenance, engineering, and automation teams, and champion process safety, training, and operational excellence.

We re looking for candidates with a bachelor s degree in engineering (or related field), 5+ years of progressive LNG or oil & gas operations experience, prior supervisory responsibility, strong DCS knowledge, and a solid background in process safety and regulatory compliance. Commissioning/startup experience and emergency response training are strong pluses.
