Summary

Job Description:

The client has been implementing AWS Connect throughout their call centres for the past few years. They currently have one engineer supporting Connect call flows, and he s stretched thin with other project responsibilities. They are looking to bring on additional expertise to support routine AWS Connect work and application modernisation for additional projects.

Amazon Connect expertise ability to set up call flows, optimise call flows, enable API s.

Java experience core Java, SpringBoot, Microservices, etc.
