This position requires a blend of technical expertise and managerial capabilities, along with a strong focus on driving improvements through automation.

 

  • Seasoned hands on EUS lead who has experience of managing teams. His team management experience should be seen atleast in last 2-3 jobs he has done.
  • the Lead needs to bring protectiveness , innovation to deliver seamless improvement in employee experience
  • should have all round experience of managing windows , mac laptops and AV tech 
  • should have worked with VIP and executive support enablement and have strong communication skills
  • Mandatory - should be based in New York and should be fine to travel to other client offices to manage teams 
  • mandatory - should have experience running EUS as a service
