Summary

Location: Remote (US-based candidates only)

Hours: 37.5 hours/week (FT)

Duration: 12-15 months

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to support a large-scale website redesign and modernization project for a public-sector insurance organization. The goal is to deliver a modern, intuitive, and accessible user experience that serves diverse audiences, while aligning with strict accessibility, usability, and design standards. The role involves close collaboration with developers and stakeholders to translate business needs into effective design solutions.

Location: Remote (US-based candidates only)

Hours: 37.5 hours/week (FT)

Duration: 12-15 months

Key Responsibilities
Create solution wireframes and prototypes
Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web applications
Ensure designs meet web accessibility standards (WCAG compliance)
Collaborate with developers on:

o Technical high-level solution design

o Technical requirements implementation
Develop responsive and consistent UI across devices
Support design alignment with branding and style guidelines

Required Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of modern web application design experience
Strong experience with:
Wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
Responsive and accessible design principles.

Experience & Documentation
Must provide detailed resume demonstrating:

o How minimum qualifications are met

o Proven experience as a UI Designer

o Experience aligned with responsibilities listed above

Work Samples (very imp)
Must provide 3 prior work samples including:

o Website links

o Screenshots and/or wireframes

Core Expectations
Must demonstrate experience in:

o Creating wireframes and prototypes

o Ensuring accessibility compliance

o Collaborating with developers on design and technical requirements
