Skill
Extensive hands on experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter in large scale enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in one or more advanced VMware components such as vSAN, NSX T, VCF, or VMware Aria Suite.
Proficiency with PowerShell / PowerCLI automation.
Deep understanding of enterprise compute, storage, and network architectures.
Experience with capacity planning, performance tuning, and lifecycle management.
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage complex projects and work independently with minimal supervision.
