Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Consultant with expertise in CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping. The candidate should have hands-on experience in CMDB implementation, CSDM, Discovery configuration, Service Mapping, MID Server setup, custom patterns/probes development, integrations, and ITOM best practices.

Key Skills:

ServiceNow CMDB/AMDB implementation and administration
CSDM-led CMDB implementation (2+ years)
CMDB Health, Normalization, Identification & Reconciliation
Service Catalog development and ServiceNow customization
ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping implementation
MID Server installation and configuration
Custom Discovery Patterns, Probes, Sensors, and Service Maps
REST/SOAP API integrations
Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Data Mapping
Scripting (JavaScript/ServiceNow scripting)
CMDB Health Dashboards and Reporting
ITIL Foundation Certification preferred

Experience Required:

8+ years of ServiceNow ITOM experience
5+ years in ServiceNow Discovery implementations
5+ years in Service Mapping implementations
Experience delivering solutions for multiple customers and leading technical workshops

Preferred Certifications:

ServiceNow Discovery Certification
Service Mapping Certification
ITOM Certifications
ITIL Foundation Certification

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping solutions
Develop custom patterns, probes, sensors, and integrations
Configure and manage MID Servers
Ensure CMDB data quality, governance, and health
Collaborate with business, infrastructure, and application teams to build accurate service maps
Troubleshoot complex Discovery and Service Mapping issues and provide technical leadership.
