12+ years of experience with 8+ years in Product Management/Product Ownership
Strong domain expertise in Cards & Payments and Corporate Card Journey
Experience with the end-to-end card lifecycle: issuance, authorization, clearing, settlement, disputes, and chargebacks
Good understanding of Banking concepts, Accounts Receivable, and Payments
Knowledge of payment networks: Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, RuPay
Experience with merchant acquiring, POS systems, payment gateways, and issuing/acquiring models
Exposure to tokenization, contactless payments, digital wallets, real-time payments, and BNPL
Knowledge of PCI-DSS, AML, KYC, interchange, and payment scheme rules
Experience with digital banking platforms and core banking integrations
Strong experience in product roadmap, strategy, requirements gathering, prioritization, and execution
Experience delivering reporting solutions, dashboards, and data-driven products
Working knowledge of Jira, Rally, SAFe Agile, SDLC, release planning, migration, and testing
Experience with card processing platforms such as FIS, Fiserv, TSYS, Worldline, Marqeta, or M2P
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and PowerPoint presentation skills
Experience managing large-scale programs for Banks and Financial Institutions
American Express experience is a plus.
