Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Full Stack Technical Lead to lead the design, development, integration, and delivery of enterprise-grade digital applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise across front-end and back-end technologies with leadership skills to drive architecture decisions, mentor development teams, and collaborate effectively with business and technology stakeholders.

This role requires a balance of solution architecture, hands-on coding, technical governance, and team leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Solution Design

• Lead end-to-end technical architecture and design for full-stack applications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Define application architecture, integration patterns, and technical standards.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical governance activities.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and security standards.

Full Stack Development

• Provide hands-on development support for critical application components.
• Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices.
• Build responsive, performant, and user-friendly front-end applications.
• Drive adoption of coding standards, design patterns, automation, and DevOps practices.
• Troubleshoot complex production and integration issues.

Integration & Data Management

• Design and implement integrations using APIs, event-driven architectures, and middleware platforms.
• Collaborate with external systems and third-party vendors.
• Support data transformation, synchronization, and enterprise integration requirements.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Agile Delivery Leadership

• Lead Agile teams through sprint planning, estimation, execution, and release activities.
• Drive technical decision-making throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Track development progress and mitigate technical risks.
• Ensure delivery quality, adherence to timelines, and production readiness.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and program leadership.
• Participate in client workshops, solution discussions, and technical presentations.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Team Leadership & Mentoring

• Lead and mentor developers across multiple workstreams.
• Foster engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Support talent development, technical coaching, and knowledge sharing.
• Drive best practices across software development and engineering processes.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in modern full-stack development.
• Expertise in:
  • Front-End: React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
  • Back-End: Java, Spring Boot, .NET, Node.js, Microservices
  • APIs: REST, SOAP, GraphQL
  • Databases: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB
  • Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
  • DevOps: GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines
  • Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
  • Messaging/Event Platforms: Kafka, Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of application security, authentication, and authorization frameworks.

Leadership Experience

• Proven experience leading distributed engineering teams.
• Strong track record of delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.
• Experience working directly with client stakeholders and enterprise architects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar platforms.
• Experience with enterprise integration platforms and data engineering solutions.
• Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience in Retail, QSR, Hospitality, or Digital Commerce domains.
• Solution Architecture or Technical Leadership certifications.
