Title : Master Data Management (MDM) Lead

Location : Dallas, TX 75252 - Hybrid

Job Description:

Experience: 10+ years in MDM, with strong experience as an MDM Lead/Solution Architect.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement MDM strategy, governance frameworks, policies, and data standards.
Lead data quality, profiling, cleansing, validation, and enrichment initiatives.
Design and implement Oracle Fusion MDM solutions for Customer, Supplier, Product/Item, Site/Location, and Employee domains.
Lead requirements workshops, data modeling, solution design, and MDM assessments.
Manage data migration, mapping, validation, reconciliation, mock loads, dry runs, and cutover.
Support integrations using OIC, APIs, FBDI, and BI extracts.
Drive stakeholder management and provide leadership to business, functional, technical, data, and integration teams.
Define data quality KPIs, dashboards, operating procedures, and governance processes.
Identify root causes of recurring data issues and drive continuous improvement.
Clearly articulate the business value and benefits of MDM to clients and leadership.

Must Have:

10+ years of MDM experience with proven MDM strategy and implementation experience in medium/large organizations.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fusion Master Data—Customer, Supplier, Product/Item, and Location.
Strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Profiling, and Data Migration.
Excellent client-facing, communication, workshop facilitation, and leadership skills.
4–5+ years of direct client/stakeholder-facing experience.
Ability to recommend appropriate MDM models, governance frameworks, and best practices.
