Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): 8 +
· Lead the implementation and configuration of the ServiceNow FSM module
· Design and build FSM functionalities including Preventive Maintenance and Calibration automated tasks
· Ensure workflows, data models, and reporting structures support regulatory compliance and audit readiness
· Design and implement mobile workflows for field technicians and maintenance staff
· Migrate and modernize legacy systems to ServiceNow
· Collaborate with business, IT, and operations teams to deliver a scalable and sustainable FSM solution
· Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to stakeholders and support teams
· Align FSM processes with ITIL/ITSM best practices and Agile methodologies
