Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java UI / Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and support the development of enterprise-grade applications within a data governance and analytics ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess strong frontend expertise with React.js and solid backend development experience using Java and Spring Boot. This role requires hands-on involvement across the full software development lifecycle, building scalable, high-performance applications that enable business users to effectively manage and visualize complex data relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, modern web applications using React.js.

• Build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java 8/21 and Spring Boot.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

• Develop and integrate APIs supporting data governance, metadata management, and enterprise application integrations.

• Create intuitive UI components and dashboards that effectively represent complex business and data processes.

• Participate in application architecture, design reviews, coding, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps best practices.

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, engineering best practices, and reusable design patterns.

• Work within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.

• Solid experience with Java 8+ (Java 21 preferred), Spring Boot, and REST API development.

• Experience building and consuming RESTful web services.

• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and distributed systems.

• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.

• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data governance, metadata management, or data lineage platforms.

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application development.

• Experience with event-driven architectures and enterprise integration patterns.

• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks for both frontend and backend applications.

• Exposure to data visualization, graph-based applications, or analytics platforms.

• Experience working in highly regulated enterprise environments.
