Need Senior Technology Architects with extensive experience in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator

Responsibilities:
Architect and design secure, scalable, and high-performance IBM Sterling B2B Integrator solutions to support enterprise-wide B2B data exchange.
Develop end-to-end integration architectures, including mappings, protocols, error handling, and partner connectivity frameworks.
Lead architecture reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise standards, scalability requirements, and business objectives.
Collaborate with business, application, and infrastructure teams to translate integration requirements into robust technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership and implementation guidance, establishing best practices, standards, and deployment frameworks.
Troubleshoot complex integration issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive sustainable resolution strategies.
Establish governance, security, monitoring, and compliance frameworks to ensure operational consistency and audit readiness.
Optimize Sterling platform performance through configuration tuning, capacity planning, and infrastructure enhancements.
Design integration pathways supporting structural biology and scientific modeling platforms, enabling seamless research data exchange.
Drive continuous improvement through architecture modernization, knowledge management, documentation, and stakeholder engagement to enhance business collaboration and operational efficiency.
Experience:
Extensive hands-on experience in designing, configuring, deploying, and supporting IBM Sterling B2B Integrator solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in B2B integration standards, messaging formats, communication protocols, and transaction management frameworks.
Ability to apply structural biology and modeling domain knowledge to support scientific research and data-driven innovation initiatives.
Proven solution architecture and systems design skills, with experience creating scalable, modular, and reusable integration solutions.
Advanced troubleshooting capabilities, including performance tuning, log analysis, root-cause investigation, and resolution of complex integration issues.
Strong understanding of integration architecture patterns, enterprise system connectivity, and best practices for maintainable B2B ecosystems.
Experience implementing secure B2B data exchange solutions using encryption, authentication, authorization, and compliance controls.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams in hybrid work environments.
Proficiency in documenting requirements, architecture designs, integration standards, and operational procedures.
Ability to align integration strategies and technical solutions with business objectives while ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
