As a Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure Audit reporting to VP - Global Technology Audit, you'll play a critical role in assessing the quality and effectiveness of technology and infrastructure controls across Nasdaq's global operations.

Key Responsibilities Plan and execute IT infrastructure and operations audits, evaluating control effectiveness across all technology risk areas.
Deliver on multiple concurrent audit projects, managing priorities to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Develop audit programs, risk and control matrices, and test procedures aligned with industry frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, DORA).
Document findings and recommendations clearly, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Leverage automated audit tools and continuous monitoring techniques to enhance audit efficiency and coverage.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
7-10+ years of experience in IT audit, technology risk, or related controls assurance roles.
Strong knowledge of technology control frameworks and standards such as ITIL, COBIT, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or DORA.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate findings to both technical and business audiences.
Proficiency with audit management tools and data analytics platforms.
Preferred Qualifications Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CIA.
Experience in financial services, capital markets, or regulated industries.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and emerging technology risks.
This position will be located in New York City and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $98,000 - $181,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual boncommission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
