Role: DevOps Engineer, Senior

Supporting: Large Financial Services Client

Location: McLean, VA (Onsite)

Position Description:

We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who's excited to work at the intersection of engineering, data, AI, and project delivery. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to directly influence innovative GenAI initiatives, shape automation solutions, and drive meaningful improvements across systems and workflows.

You'll collaborate with high-performing cross-functional teams, design and deliver technical documentation that guides enterprise-level decisions, and support project execution using WBS methodologies. This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to apply their Python, Power BI, and technical infrastructure expertise to complex technical problems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Technology
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with: Python, Power BI, and WBS / Work Breakdown Structure or project management
• Minimum 3 years of technical writing experience
• GenAI practical experience or strong working knowledge
• Solid understanding of IT systems, technical concepts, and network fundamentals
• Azure or AWS experience
• Familiarity with network infrastructures
• Broader DevOps, automation, or cloud tooling
