Title: OCM Project Manager

Must Haves (no exceptions)
- 7+ years of progressively responsible project management experience.
- 4+ years serving as a Senior Project Manager leading large, complex IT projects.
- Bachelor''s degree.
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
- Current Organizational Change Management (OCM) certification.
- Experience applying Prosci Organizational Change Management methodology.
- Healthcare Organizational Change Management experience.
- Experience supporting large-scale Electronic Health Record (EHR/EMR) implementations or other healthcare IT modernization initiatives.
- Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Proven consulting experience, including partnering with system integrators, executive sponsors, and cross-functional project teams.
- Experience developing and executing change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communication plans, organizational readiness assessments, training strategies, and change adoption metrics.
Highly preferred:
- Background or education in Organizational Psychology.
- Experience supporting enterprise, multi-site healthcare organizations.
- State government expereince
