Sr. GenAI/ Agentic AI Engineer-Full time-Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced Generative AI Engineer with strong expertise in Prompt Engineering and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building production-grade AI systems and integrating them into enterprise-level microservices architectures. This role requires strong SDLC knowledge, DevOps exposure, and the ability to develop scalable and reliable AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Generative AI applications using LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering techniques.

• Build and deploy end-to-end RAG pipelines from scratch.

• Develop Agentic AI systems capable of multi-step reasoning and autonomous decision-making using frameworks like LangChain Agents, AutoGPT, or similar.

• Implement scalable backend services using Python and microservices architecture.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and DevOps teams to deploy AI solutions into production environments.

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML model deployment.

• Create test cases, validation datasets, and evaluation metrics to ensure model performance and accuracy.

• Monitor model performance and optimize latency, scalability, and reliability.

• Follow SDLC best practices including design documentation, code reviews, testing, and release management.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python

• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and Transformers

• Experience building RAG applications using vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)

• Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering techniques

• Experience working with OpenAI APIs or similar LLM providers

• Understanding of ML concepts (Classification, Regression, Reinforcement Learning, CNNs)

• Experience with REST APIs, Swagger/OpenAPI

• Familiarity with Git, JIRA, Jenkins

• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Pytest

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
