Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with strong expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to support large-scale rollout initiatives across multiple U.S. locations. This role will play a critical part in analyzing business needs, driving system implementations, and ensuring successful deployment of WMS solutions across the supply chain network.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business analysis activities within the WMS domain, supporting supply chain and distribution operations.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
Support end-to-end WMS implementations and rollout activities across multiple locations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, Configuration, QA, and Business Operations.
Analyze complex business problems and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Participate in solution design, system configuration, and deployment activities.
Ensure smooth rollout execution and post-implementation support.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with a focus on WMS and supply chain systems.
Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and related processes.
Experience with system integrations across enterprise platforms such as CRM, Order Management, WMS, TMS, Procurement, and Financial Systems.
Proven experience in large-scale system rollout and implementation projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple rollout activities in a fast-paced environment.
