Job Title: Data System Analyst (DSA)

Key Responsibilities

• Dashboard & Reporting Development:
  Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Python, Power BI, or Grafana to enable data-driven business decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with developers, QA, operations, IT, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle—from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights through data analysis.
• Data Management & Integrity:
  Analyze and interpret data tables and attributes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and dashboards.
• Independent Problem-Solving:
  Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, judgment, and decision-making skills while working independently on complex tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or Grafana.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and relational databases.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
