SAP FICO / FI-CA Functional Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO / FI-CA Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Financial Accounting and Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable (FI-CA). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP Finance implementations, business process analysis, configuration, testing, and post-production support.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable SAP solutions, and support end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP Finance solutions.

• Configure and support SAP FI and FI-CA modules.

• Participate in end-to-end SAP implementations, enhancements, and support projects.

• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments.

• Conduct system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.

• Support data migration, interfaces, IDocs, and integration activities.

• Coordinate transports and production deployments.

• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with business users, finance teams, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP FI/FICO functional consulting experience.

• Strong experience with SAP FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable).

• Experience in at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations.

• Hands-on experience in SAP configuration, testing, and production support.

• Strong understanding of accounting concepts including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, and Financial Closing.

• Experience gathering business requirements and preparing functional specifications.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA, CA, CPA, or equivalent preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).

• Experience working with Interfaces, IDocs, LSMW, BDC, and data migration activities.

• Prior experience in High-Tech, Software, or Technology industries.

• Exposure to S/4HANA Finance implementations.
