Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Data Scientist / ML Engineer to drive our data analytics and machine learning initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and analytics teams to design, build, and optimize models used across our business.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to solve business problems.

• Build, evaluate, and deploy predictive models at scale.

• Work with large datasets from multiple sources; ensure data quality and transformation.

• Collaborate with engineers on model deployment and monitoring.

• Automate and scale ML workflows.

Required Skills

• 6+ years Professional experience in data science/ML engineering.

• Strong Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), SQL.

• Experience with cloud services (AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure).

• Deep knowledge of model development and MLOps frameworks.

• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

• Fluency in English (Polish a plus).
