We are seeking an experienced System Analyst 3 to join an Agile team supporting enterprise projects. The ideal candidate will have strong Business Analysis and Quality Assurance experience, be proficient with Azure DevOps (or similar tools such as Jira), and possess excellent communication and documentation skills. This role involves gathering business requirements, creating user stories, supporting testing activities, and serving as the Scrum Master while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Create process flows, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Develop test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases.
Execute functional, integration, and regression testing.
Track and manage defects through resolution.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
Validate solutions against business requirements and quality standards.
Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business users.
Prepare system documentation, demonstrations, training materials, and production validation.
Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Serve as Scrum Master and actively manage Agile work items using Azure DevOps.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of Business Analyst experience.
3+ years of Quality Assurance Analyst experience.
3+ years of Azure DevOps experience (or similar tools like Jira), including creating epics, features, user stories, and managing work items.
Strong understanding of Business Analyst, QA, and Development roles and responsibilities.
Experience documenting current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) business processes.
Experience creating product roadmaps.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices.
Experience using BA/QA tools such as Figma and Visio.
Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
Strong facilitation and requirement elicitation skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience supporting enterprise application implementations and testing.
