REQUIRED SKILLS

5+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience with a proven track record of creating polished, executive-facing dashboards using advanced visualization techniques, custom visuals, and branding/alignment to business standards.
Strong DAX and data modeling expertise, including building complex measures, optimizing semantic models, and developing scalable reporting solutions beyond basic drag-and-drop report creation.
Experience working with large, complex datasets in cloud-based data environments (Azure, Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, SQL Server, etc.), with an emphasis on dashboard performance tuning and report optimization.
Background working for recognized organizations or consulting firms, delivering multiple enterprise BI projects and understanding how to produce high-quality, client-ready deliverables with minimal oversight.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently translate business requirements into intuitive, visually compelling Power BI solutions while collaborating effectively with stakeholders in an evolving environment.
