Software Engineer

We are looking for a talented AI Software Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered software solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong software engineering fundamentals along with hands-on experience in machine learning, generative AI, APIs, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain AI-powered software applications.
• Build and integrate machine learning and generative AI solutions into production systems.
• Develop scalable APIs and backend services for AI applications.
• Work with LLMs, NLP, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Develop and optimize machine learning models and AI pipelines.
• Integrate AI models with existing applications and enterprise systems.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers.
• Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Debug and optimize AI applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Implement testing, monitoring, and deployment practices for AI systems.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, or a related field.
• Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and AI development.
• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, or RAG.
• Strong understanding of software development, APIs, databases, and data structures.
• Experience with Git and software development best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or other LLM APIs.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or similar AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or FAISS.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD and MLOps.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
