Title: Media/Presentation creator
Location: Onsite @ Irvine, CA - PST timings (100% remote is an option for a strong consultant).

Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality executive presentations and visually engaging content for leadership reviews and client meetings.
- Design infographics, dashboards, reports, and communication materials that simplify complex information.
- Support PMO activities including project tracking, status reporting, meeting coordination, and action item management.
- Analyze and present project and operational metrics using Excel and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and leadership teams to develop effective communication materials.
- Ensure all deliverables are professional, visually appealing, and aligned with organizational standards.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in PowerPoint and executive presentation design.
- Experience in Presentation creation, visual storytelling, and media design.
- Advanced Excel skills with data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, with experience interacting with senior leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Power BI, or similar design/reporting tools.
- Exposure to PMO, project coordination, or program management activities.
Ideal Candidate: A creative storyteller who can combine presentation design, reporting, and PMO coordination to support leadership communication and strategic initiatives.

This role is open to W2 or those seeking Corp-Corp employment. The salary range for this role is $104 - $113k. For corp-Corp rates please contact the recruiter.
