Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer with a strong background in .NET development and cloud technologies, and a passion for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs). This role involves designing, developing, and modernizing enterprise applications while contributing to AI-driven solutions and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with experience in secure, compliant systems and full SDLC delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET 8, ASP.NET MVC, Blazor Server, and Azure services.
• Lead efforts in AI/LLM integration, including prototyping and implementing intelligent features for enterprise workflows.
• Architect and implement queue-driven workflows and event-driven systems leveraging Azure Functions and Service Bus.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps YAML, ensuring secure and efficient deployments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Modernize legacy applications to current technology stacks, improving performance, maintainability, and security posture.
• Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR, and secure design principles throughout development.
• Mentor team members, enforce engineering standards, and promote best practices in coding, architecture, and documentation.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• Programming & Architecture: C#, .NET (including .NET 8), ASP.NET MVC/Web API, Blazor Server.
• Cloud & Integration: Microsoft Azure (Functions, Service Bus, Storage), REST/SOAP APIs.
• Database: SQL Server and related technologies.
• CI/CD & DevOps: Azure DevOps pipelines (YAML), multi-stage deployments, approval gates.
• Security & Compliance: Secure design principles, PCI DSS awareness, GDPR compliance.
• SDLC Expertise: Work breakdown, estimation, sprint/release planning, stakeholder communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI/LLM development, including:
• AI agent prototypes for enterprise data retrieval.
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementations.
• Integration with Microsoft AI frameworks (e.g., Microsoft.Extensions.AI).
• Familiarity with observability practices and quality assurance in distributed systems.
• Experience with SharePoint integrations and enterprise content management.
• Knowledge of tokenization workflows and secure payment processing.
• Previous leadership experience in managing development teams and mentoring engineers.
