Duration: Contract/Full Time

Location: This role can either sit in Phoenix, AZ or New York, NY. Hybrid opportunity-- 3 days onsite per week is Mandatory. (Need Local Candidates only)

We are seeking a Microsoft Teams Collaboration Certified Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise collaboration platforms, video conferencing infrastructure, and cloud-based productivity services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing Microsoft Teams environments with a strong focus on meeting reliability, call quality, and integrated collaboration services across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and support Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and Cloud Video Interop (CVI) environments Manage video conferencing device setup, configuration, and lifecycle support Configure and optimize Teams resources, policies, and meeting infrastructure Perform meeting and call log analysis to identify performance issues and improve user experience Set up and manage Call Quality Dashboard (CQD) for monitoring and reporting Integrate Microsoft Teams with enterprise applications and third-party tools using Microsoft APIs Support Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power BI) for workflow automation and reporting Collaborate with network teams to ensure high-quality voice/video performance across WAN/LAN environments Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Teams, networking, and collaboration stack Support cloud collaboration ecosystem including SharePoint and OneDrive integrations
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in Microsoft Teams administration and collaboration infrastructure

Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and CVI solutions

Solid understanding of Active Directory (AAD / Hybrid AD environments)

Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive administration

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite administration and support Strong knowledge of network operations, troubleshooting, and performance tuning

Experience with Call Quality Dashboard (CQD) setup and analytics

Working knowledge of Power BI for reporting and insights

Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation

Understanding of cloud networking and enterprise collaboration architecture

Familiarity with Microsoft Graph APIs / Teams APIs for integration
