Job Details
At Proton Technologies, Inc., an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking a Systems Administrator for our growing team. In this role you will handle escalated level troubleshooting and administration, directly to clients, at all levels of IT service and infrastructure. You will provide escalated level knowledge, skills, and mentoring to onsite and help desk technicians. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: -Troubleshoot and resolve issues with customer equipment including workstations, laptops, mobile devices, as well as VoIP phones, switches, routers, firewalls, and servers. -Troubleshoot and resolve issues with supported client applications and related services. -Act as the owner of critical client issues and outages, coordinating client communication, as well as troubleshooting efforts and communication between resources from multiple departments. -Follow customer support procedures, documenting customer issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing and documentation systems.
