Solution Architect

Solution Architect (Onsite) Primary Location: Pleasanton, California V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Solution Architect for our premier client in Pleasanton, California. Education and Experience

• 10+ years of experience in P2M and Supply Chain architecture.

Hands-on experience across:

• Integrated Planning concepts like Line Plan, Buy Plan, Visual Mapping & Space Planning, Size & Pack, Allocation etc.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native, API-first, and event-driven integration patterns.
• Experience with AI/ML applied to marketing - personalization, propensity modeling, and audience intelligence.
• Retail, CPG, or DTC brand experience strongly preferred.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Agentic AI or LLM applications in P2M automation or Employees engagement.
• Exposure to composable P2M and MACH architecture principles.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Merchandising Planning Experience, specifically around Line Planning, Buy Planning, Allocation, Consumer Insights, Visual Mapping, Space Planning, Sizing and Packing. Experience in Retail, Experience in Fashion/Apparel.
• Able to integrate quickly into an existing team and contribute without significant ramp-up.
• Strong communication skills - able to translate complex P2M concepts into business value for executive audiences.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborative team player who can operate within established processes and governance frameworks.

WHAT YOULL DO: Job Responsibilities:

• Assess the current P2M landscape and Vendor capability to identify gaps, redundancies, and modernization opportunities across Line Plan, Buy Plan, Visual Mapping & Space Planning, Size & Pack, Allocation etc.
• Develop architecture blueprints and capability roadmaps that align P2M investments with business outcomes.
• Partner with P2M, Engineering, and Data teams to evaluate vendors, define integration patterns, and support platform decisions.
• Advise on Agentic AI-powered P2M use cases including predictive segmentation, next-best-action, personalization, and content automation.
• Provide guidance on composable patterns, API-first integrations, and data flow design across marketing platforms.
• Produce clear documentation - architecture diagrams, decision frameworks, and recommendations - aligned to team standards.
• Contribute to architecture reviews and governance for P2M investments and platform consolidations.
