Software Engineer with MATLAB & AUTOSAR (W2 Only)

Title: Software Engineer – MATLAB/Simulink (AUTOSAR)
Location: Peoria, IL
Duration: Long-Term Contract

Job Description:
We are seeking a Software Engineer with strong experience in MATLAB/Simulink to support machine software controls development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AUTOSAR and a solid background in embedded control systems for automotive or heavy machinery environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain machine software control algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink

• Implement and integrate AUTOSAR-based software components

• Collaborate with systems, hardware, and validation teams to support control system development

• Support software testing, debugging, and integration activities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on AUTOSAR experience

• Minimum 2+ years of MATLAB/Simulink-based machine or embedded software controls development

• Strong understanding of embedded systems and control theory
