Pay Range: $45/hr - $50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer WAS (ND, clusters, deployments, security, performance tuning)
- Manage Liberty environments (microservices, configs, deployments)
- Support ESB platforms (message flows, integrations, routing, transformations)
- Handle IBM MQ (queues, channels, HA, security)
- Troubleshoot JVM, logs, ESB/integration issues
- Enable CI/CD, automation (Ansible, Terraform, Shell/Python)
- Monitor via Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana
- Provide 24x7 production support
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; WebSphere Application Server (WAS ND)
- WebSphere Liberty
- ESB (IBM ESB, IIB/ACE, Mule, TIBCO)
- IBM MQ, JMS, SOAP/REST
- Java EE, Middleware Architecture
- SSL/TLS, Certificates
- Linux/Unix + Scripting
- CI/CD (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab)
- Containers (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) plus
- IBM Certifications
- Cloud (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
- Microservices & API architecture
- MQ clustering & high availability
