JOB SUMMARY
Leads end-to-end digital initiatives and content production across Client s B2B online platforms, including web and mobile experiences that support business customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Drives cross-functional coordination, operational alignment, and delivery execution from intake through launch and optimization. Serves as the central point of orchestration across digital marketing, UX, product, sales, and technology teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, technically sound, and aligned to business and customer experience objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads planning and execution of complex digital initiatives and website updates across Client's B2B web and mobile platforms.
- Manages multiple concurrent digital workstreams, including campaign launches, platform enhancements, content deployments, and cross-channel initiatives from concept through post-launch optimization.
- Collaborates with digital marketing, UX, product, sales, and technology teams to ensure content and experiences are optimized for performance, engagement, accessibility, and scalability.
- Establishes digital production timelines and governance frameworks, coordinating closely with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and effective implementation within CMS and platform constraints.
- Translates business objectives into actionable digital roadmaps, aligning scope, resources, dependencies, and release schedules.
- Oversees digital asset workflows and ensures content is properly tagged, archived, and maintained within content management systems and asset repositories.
- Monitors digital performance metrics and user behavior analytics; drives optimization strategies based on data insights, testing results, and user feedback.
- Applies knowledge of SEO principles, accessibility standards, and digital marketing best practices to maintain content quality and compliance across platforms.
- Identifies risks, mitigates blockers, and drives cross-functional resolution to maintain delivery momentum.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong experience leading digital initiatives across web and mobile platforms, preferably within B2B or lead-generation environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from strategy through execution in cross-functional environments.
- Working knowledge of content management systems (CMS), digital asset management, web technologies, and platform release processes.
- Understanding of digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, performance optimization methodologies, and data-driven decision making.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, accessibility standards, and digital best practices.
- Proven stakeholder management skills with ability to align marketing, UX, product, sales, and technology teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
