We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with expertise in commercial lending platforms, specifically Loan IQ and nCino, to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of end-to-end commercial loan processes and be able to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor s degree in information technology, Business, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3 years experience as a BSA in commercial lending, with hands-on knowledge of Loan IQ and nCino.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with system integration, process improvement, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for commercial lending projects.
Lead system implementation and integration efforts involving Loan IQ and nCino platforms.
Translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Conduct gap analyses, process mapping, and workflow optimization for lending operations.
Support testing, troubleshooting, and user training during project rollouts.
Work closely with IT and vendor teams to manage system enhancements and resolve issues.
