Role: SharePoint Online and Power Platform Developer
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)
Role Overview
Designs, develops, deploys Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Forms) and leads SharePoint Online intranet implementation including Drupal 10.6.2+ content migration. Converts PDF forms to Microsoft Forms, builds approval routing flows with Outlook/SharePoint integration.
Administers enterprise SharePoint M365 environments, manages permissions/security, provides helpdesk support, mentors junior developers, delivers end-user training. All work products are "works made for hire" owned by Client; background checks may apply.
Key Responsibilities
Power Platform:
- Design/develop/deploy Power Platform solutions for business process automation.
- Convert PDF forms to Microsoft Forms (redesign, build, test).
- Integrate Microsoft Forms with Power Automate Flows.
- Build/test Power Automate Flows for repetitive/manual task automation.
- Implement approval routing, Outlook email, SharePoint list integration.
SharePoint Online:
- Plan/design SharePoint Online intranet with HUB site aligned to organizational needs.
- Migrate content (PDFs, forms) from Drupal 10.6.2+ to SharePoint Online.
- Administer site collections, sites, libraries, lists; manage permissions/security.
General Duties:
- Respond to helpdesk tickets; resolve SharePoint/Power Platform issues.
- Implement data integrity, security, governance best practices.
- Gather requirements from technical/non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor/train junior developers; deliver end-user training/documentation.
Required Experience (5+ Years Each):
- Power Platform apps (Power Automate, Power BI) development/support.
- Power Automate Flow process automation.
- Custom workflows, lists, automation, data integration.
- Senior-level SharePoint development/administration including intranet development.
- Enterprise Microsoft SharePoint M365 Online environment management.
- SharePoint Online administration (sites, permissions, lists/libraries, workflows).
- HTML/CSS and SharePoint design tools.
- Requirements gathering/communication with technical/non-technical users.
Required Experience (4+ Years):
- Enterprise user support and content governance.
Preferred:
- 4+ years Microsoft certifications (SharePoint Online, Power Platform).
