CDP Strategy & Execution:
* Lead the implementation and ongoing evolution of THD's Customer Data Platform leveraging GrowthLoop within a Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and enterprise data warehouse environment

* Drive recovery and forward momentum following prior CDP delays, ensuring delivery against revised forecasts and commitments

Customer Data & Personalization:
* Oversee ingestion, unification, and activation of large scale, distributed customer data spanning multiple systems and channels
* Partner with data engineering and warehouse teams to ensure alignment to the true source of customer data and best practices for data quality and governance
* Enable advanced personalization, segmentation, and audience development to directly support business growth and customer engagement

Stakeholder & Enterprise Leadership:
* Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across: Marketing; Online/Digital; B2B ( VIP customers); Contract Centers
* Effectively communicate with and influence leaders up to Director and VP level, balancing competing needs and priorities across functions
* Navigate a highly matrixed enterprise environment while maintaining clear accountability and forward progress

Delivery & Operational Excellence:
* Translate strategic objectives into executable plans, ensuring initiatives move from concept to completion
* Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs related to data, technology, and organizational readiness
* Maintain a bias toward action while ensuring decisions are grounded in data and business impact

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience working with large scale customer data sets in an enterprise environment
* Hands on experience with GrowthLoop CDP, or comparable platforms such as Salesforce CDP, High Touch, Parody, or similar customer data and activation solutions
* Deep understanding of Google Cloud Platform and close collaboration with data warehouse and data engineering teams
* Strong experience pulling, integrating, and activating customer data across disparate systems
* Demonstrated success managing multiple, often competing stakeholders in a large organization
* Experience working directly with senior leaders (Directors, VPs) to define priorities and drive alignment
* Ability to clearly articulate what will deliver the greatest business value, not just technical outcomes
* Prior experience in large, highly matrixed enterprises with massive customer bases (e.g., Walmart, Target, or similar retailers or consumer brands)
* Strong understanding of how CDPs support marketing, digital commerce, personalization, and customer experience at scale

Preferred:
* Highly action-oriented with a history of driving complex initiatives to completion
* Strategic thinker who can quickly shift between big picture vision and execution details
* Comfortable operating in environments with ambiguity, tight timelines, and evolving priorities
* Strong communicator capable of bridging business, marketing, and technical teams
