Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced TOSCA Architect to lead the test automation strategy for a major Insurance client. In this role, you will collaborate with the implementation team to design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and implement robust, reusable, and scalable test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca
Define automation strategies, standards, and best practices; guide and mentor the QA team
Integrate Tosca with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.) and Test Management tools (Jira, qTest)
Manage distributed execution and implement Test Data Management (TDM) strategies
Act as the technical liaison between the client and the implementation partner to ensure delivery goals are met
Required Qualifications
8+ years in Test Automation, with at least 4-5 years of dedicated experience as a Tosca Lead / Architect
Strong background in the Insurance domain (Policy, Claims, Billing systems) is huge plus
Deep expertise in Tricentis Tosca (UI, API, Mobile, DB testing)
Tricentis Tosca certifications (Architect/AE1/AE2) are highly preferred
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and offshore teams
